More than 15 years of professional experience; working in and for private sector, research institutes, local and international NGOs, UN agencies, development projects, donors and government institutions.

Munim has always been passionate about music and still pursuing the dream of being a DJ. Although having studied in the field of telecommunication engineering he has vast experience of working in direct sales & brand communication working for ventures of Singtel, Orascom Telecom, Vimplecom & Axiata. He has also held leadership positions for German startup builder Rocket Internet in multiple countries.

Mahboob Rahman is an innovative entrepreneur running several leading companies in entertainment, hospitality, construction, economic zone and information technology sector in Bangladesh. Mr. Rahman is educated in the University of Texas at Arlington, USA in Information Technology and did his Executive MBA from Helsinki School of Economics in Finland. He is the Chairman of The Peninsula Chittagong and ShowMotion Ltd (Star Cineplex), Managing Director of GasMin Ltd, BASE Ltd., Sayeman Beach Resort Ltd and SBG Economic Zone, Mirsarai.

More than 10 years of experience in Application Development, System Architecture Design, Team Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Science.

Born and raised in Singapore, Davin has worked in multiple industries including real estate, telecom and F&B. An avid investor currently based in Myanmar, his key strengths include business development and installing best-practice processes. In his free time, Davin supports the Singapore community in driving charity and social initiatives.

Emerging market expert in business development, marketing and branding with hands-on Experience in building the biggest E-commerce platforms in Myanmar, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Sumit was the Regional Managing Director of Daraz e-Commerce Venture of Rocket Internet in Asia which was acquired by Alibaba in May 2018. Sumit previously held positions as Product Marketing Manager at India’s Biggest Telco, Bharti Airtel.

Irfan brings over 17 years of local & multinational professional experiences in the Financial Sector, Telecommunication, Local Conglomerate in the field of Corporate Affairs, Premium Banking, Corporate Cash Management, Business Development, Strategic plan making, Brand & Communication, Sales & Distribution etc. He has the experience of working in organizations like Nagad, Mutual Trust Bank, Eastern Bank Limited, Rangs Group, AKTEL, Telecom Malaysia, Standard Chartered Bank etc.

Apart from his professional exposure, he has served as the National President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bangladesh in the year 2019 and remains highly active in the social circle.

Fahad always wanted to be a professional footballer, but has now settled in designing solutions that could create meaningful impact for the people at large. He has the experience of working with organizations like the World Bank, CARE, SPRING Accelerator.

Jamil Akbar is one of the Co-founders of Misfit Tech. Jamil is a tech enthusiast, an entrepreneur and a problem solver, who sincerely manages and constantly feeds his hunger for doing something new. With more than 8 years of white-collar experience in the industry of Information Technology, he’s specialises in managing complex operations and large teams in challenging and mission-critical scenarios.
