
Misfit Launches E-Commerce Chatbot For Capital Hypermarket
We, at Misfit Technologies Ltd., have recently provided Capital Retail Myanmar with an end to end Chatbot with a complete E-Commerce System for their “Click And Pick Up” system where the customers can order their groceries from our chatbot and then pick it up at a time that is convenient to them. Currently our chatbot is serving customers in 7 branches of Capital across Myanmar.
The system we provided are:
- A Comprehensive Admin Portal For Product & Order Management Complete with Sale analytics
- An Interactive Streamlined E-Commerce Chatbot with auto-notification for Pick up time and order status
So now customers can order from the Facebook page and all the orders and products are now centralized on one platform to be analyzed across all the stores.
